I wish to thank Alicia Carnevale for her compassionate concern in finding the grave and headstone of my young nephew who was buried at Bunkers Memory Gardens in 1991. With few family members remaining, there have been no visits to his grave site for many years. With Alicia's help, the headstone was unearthed by the grounds crew; after which she sent me a photo. She has now directed that the headstone be raised and the ground leveled. In addition, Alicia has referred me to a local headstone cleaning service as I live out of state. I am grateful for Alicia's help to restore my nephew's grave site to the dignity which it deserves.

I doubt very seriously that they will put this on their website, I have multiple family members buried at memory gardens on Lone Mountain . I am disgusted beyond disgusted of how they maintain memory Gardens. In 2017 I buried my husband out there, for months on end I had to go and keep asking them to please put the sod down, he was buried in August which gave them plenty of time to have sod put down. It was argument after argument please, please put some sod down, put some water on there, finally my niece got so disgusted with them she called channel 13 the next day or couple days later they had sod down. On April 1 this year I buried my son out there and here we go again no sod put in place. Now they have a problem with the sprinkler system and they tell me they only have two ground keepers. It is always one excuse after another . The place is a disgusting mess there’s no sod on any of the recent graves out there. It is incredibly sad when you go out there to visit your love ones grave and it is just dirt in place over them. I just wonder how they would feel if they were in our place . This cannot continue, there must be something or some kind of representative that can make this problem fixable.

I would like to thank all the staff at Bunkers for their extreme professionalism and customer service in the care of my wife.
Mrs. Lennette Smith is the epitome of compassion. She attended to all our needs with the upmost class and respect. You cannot deal with Lennette and not love her.

I just want to give Mrs. Lennette Harris- Smith and her staff their flowers now. We had a memorial service for my father in law at their facilities on Saturday, and I can honestly say that the quality of customer service and professionalism was amazing. Their attention to detail was superb, their attentiveness to the family was amazing. They made what was a very difficult situation easier to bare. Thank you Mrs. Smith, Rodney, Kenneth and the entire Bunkers staff and facility for sending our love one of with class and dignity. We will definitely recommend your company to all of our friends and family in the Las Vegas area when your services is needed.

Hello Barbel,
I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my mother's grave.
I am sure my fathers visits are going to be more pleasant now, He'll be there this afternoon to pick up the cross and the stone. He is aware the cross fits in the vase.
i also want to add, you represent this company very well, your customer service skills exceed my expectations, you have the ability to understand people and during our conversations you always used positive language.
